Weekend Homes in the Beautiful Mt. Fuji Area
All seven houses are fully furnished with beds, linen, sofas, table & chairs, kitchen utensils, grill & oven (microwave and electric), refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, wood-burning stove, TV and audio system & satellite dishes, large bath, shower, toilets.Every week, cleaning ladies clean the houses and change linen.
Lease Terms
Annual lease: 240,000 yen/month paid quarterly in advance.
One week/month (annual lease): 195,000 yen/quarter paid in advance.
One week (spot basis): 80,000 yen paid in advance. Note: a week is 5 days because of the time required for cleaning.
Maximum number of people/house: 6

Directions
Please follow the following directions from the Tokyo area to Lake Saiko. This is the simpliest route, though it may not be the most direct.
Note:"Cafe M", a small restaurant close to the Lake Saiko homes is usually easy to find by entering their phone number (0555-82-2628) in your car navigation system.
- Take the Shuto Highway toward Shinjuku and then toward Hachioji, this road will lead you to the Chuo Expressway.
- After the Kawaguchiko exit on the Chuo Expressway, please turn right on to Route 139.
- About 10 kilometers from the exit, you will find traffic lights and on the left, there is a parking lot and a shop - turn right at that point.
- The winding road leads through a wooded area .
- After 2.5 kilometers from the traffic lights you will be at a three way intersection. Turn left and drive about 2 kilometers.
- You will be at another three way intersection. Turn right and you can see Mt. Fuji over Lake Saiko.
- After about another 2 kilometers and three sharp curves, on the right you will pass "Cafe M".
- Further on the left you will find a narrow paved street going up the hill toward the mountains.
- Past this corner about 100 meters further on, toward left there is a second paved upward sloped road. You will find five houses on terraced lots.
- From top, houses are called respectively House A, House B, House C, House D and House E.
